In the event that you have any concerns with your purchase - we are here to help and we encourage you to reach out to us first via email.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
Our return policy is 7 days from date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging and meet with our Returns Policy guidelines.
At Wellmark Health our returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
The following goods are exempt from being returned.
• Gift cards
• Sale Items
• Consultations
Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to change of mind.
RETURNS PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at info@wellmarkhealth.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please have these details on hand to complete your returns request.
We respond to all returns lodgements within 24 - 48 hrs (during business days).
FAULTY / DAMAGED GOODS
Please inspect your order upon receiving the delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the unlikely event of faults / defects / damage due to shipping please ensure to capture details via photos. As follow up to your return lodgement, we will request a photo of the item prior to arranging for the return shipment.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item. In the case of faulty merchandise we will issue a store credit or arrange for a replacement product. Store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to offer exchange for change of mind on products OR consultation services.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item for return, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Partially used gift cards can't be refunded. Gift cards may be used for multiple purchases. Any balance remaining will be available to apply to your next purchase.
